    Hi

    I want to modify a view in Dynamic CRM in one of its entity. I see this message : "The ability to customize this view has been limited. You cannot delete this view."

    what can I do?

    You should select the entity in Advanced Find, locate the View from the view list dropdown on the right and add/remove criteria and columns as you want. You should then click Save As in order to save the new view and name it something relevant to your criteria. Hope that helps
