    Hi,

    I need to do a email template for quote detail. I looked around in the forums and in google, but I didn't find any valuable information. So I will ask here.

    Is there a way to add data from Quote Product(quotedetail) in an Email Template? No matter if I need to write code or something else. I just need it to be done.

    With code, it is possible.

    What we already did:

     

    • Create a workflow custom activity that return an html table containing quote details
    • Create a workflow that sends an email and include the result of the custom activity in the email body
    or
    • Define replacement key in the template (ie. ##quotedetail:quantity##)
    • Create a plugin that will read these keys and replace them with quote detail data in preEvent
