Unable to download 2008 autocollage

  hi I have purchased two autocollages, the first I lost when my pc was reset, the second in june this year but

  I cannot download due to my pc not having 3.5 net so I tried go download it. and when it was nearly complete it said there was a  problem and promptly uninstalled it, any help gratefully received. Roy
