Genuine Validation goes through, but keeps reappearing

Question
-
I'm working on a laptop on which most of the hardware has been replaced. I have gone through the genuine validation process multiple times at this point, but I still have the little icon in the task bar, and the message that I'm not using a genuine product appears the minute I log off/reboot/login, etc. When rebooting, after logging in, the message that I need to validate comes on, I go through the process again, it says I'm valid.
The message I'm getting is that the system time and date are not correct, but they are.
Here are the results from the MGADiag tool:

Hi Lillie,
I suggest installing the latest version of WGA notifications here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=69498 and then go to http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/diag and click the “Start Diagnostic" button. The next screen will check a number of setting on your computer needed for the validation process to be successful, If any of the settings are detected as incorrect, click the "Resolve" button and you will be provided with step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Thank you,
Darin Smith

Hi Again Lillie,
I'm glad your issue was resolved.
To help me refine my help to other, that may have a similar problem, can you tell me if the issue was resolved by installing the most recent version of WGA Notification or by going thru the website tool?
