Unable to install offline help for VB.NET 2010 express Edition RRS feed

    I am trying to install offline help for VB.NET express edition but unable to do so. I am getting error "An exception has occured. See the event log for details."

    And in event log, the error looks as below:

    An error occurred while updating local content: Microsoft.Help.CacheLib.CacheLibDownloadException: An error occurred while the BITS service was transferring 'http://packages.mtps.microsoft.com/visual_studio_21800791_vs_100_en-us_1(ef26e6e7-5aa2-c99d-1e67-3b7ea6c50aeb).cab' to 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\HelpLibrary\content\Microsoft\incoming\23677acd-f2b0-4caa-8496-d80b61cb20bd\Visual_Studio_21800791_VS_100_en-us_1.cab'. The error context was 'RemoteFile', and the error code was '0x80200013'.

    Any help guys??

    Sorry, I posted the question in wrong forum.. I am new to Microsoft and "Microsoft Fix it centre" looks to me as for fixing any Microsoft related bugs/errors :-)
