Windows 7 build 7600 not genuine

Hi,
I have been geting this message that my windows 7 is not genuine. it has just started about a week ago (if has done it for longer I have not seen it) I can do a system restore and it fixes it for about 2 or 3 days then it comes back. My MGAD says this. and I got my windows 7 comupter from walmart so I know it's not ilegal. I have had this coumpter form a year and a half.

On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x80070426' to display the error text.
Error: 0x80070426Tampered Service: sppsvc
Click the Start Orb & type services.msc into the search menu. Click it, then maximize window. Scroll down to you find: Software Protection
Right click it & select properties, Set the Startup type to: Automatic (Delayed Start) and click the OK button. Close the window down.
This time, click the Start Orb & type in cmd.exe into the search menu. Right click it & select to run as Adminstrator.
Type the following command: sfc /scannow & hit enter - Wait for the process to finish & then reboot the system.
Then try & Validate Online using Internet Explorer.
