    OEM Activation 2.0 Data-->
BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no Windows marker

For some reason, the OS is not seeing the Windows Marker that should be present in the BIOS.
Just in case it’s a problem with the Licensing store, rather than a real problem, try this first.
Please try the below steps to recreate the Store with the correct data.

    1) Open an Internet Browser window.
    2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
    3) Find the file CMD.exe
    4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
    5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
    6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
    7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    9) Type: net start slsvc
    10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
    11) Restart your computer twice.
You may be asked to enter your COA Key and/or Activate.
Once complete, run another MGADiag report and post back with the results

If that doesn’t work, then you can try a BIOS update if there’s one available (it very rarely works, but...)
Go to the support website for you machine and download the latest BIOS available for Vista – and install it (NOTE that this is one of the few operations that can turn your computer into an expensive ornament – so make sure that you get the right one for your EXACT model, and follow the instructions implicitly!)

Post a new MGADiag report, and details of your machine (make – presumably Advent?- and exact model number) – and what the Licensed OS is according to the COA sticker on the case.
