The link to Windows native development forums link is broken

Question
-
When I am signed in and on the forums page on http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories and try to use the Windows Native Development Forums link under welcome to MSDN forums title looking for windows 7 content, I get to a page that just says "Not authorized".
The current win 7 dev link goes to this url: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windevgeneral,windevui,windevavg,windevsearch,windevsensorandtouch,windevnetworking,windevdiagnostics,windevother
I have tried in different browsers, same issue.

This should be fixed. Sorry about that. When we had the //build conference a few weeks ago we restructured a lot of the windows forums. The links have been updated. Thanks for reporting this.

It took me awhile to figure out what you are saying. I thought you were trying to get into a forum using the wrong link. However, you're reporting a bug that the link isn't correct, right?Could you make that clearer? First, could you say that the link needs to be updated, and make that request?
Second, mention that the link is at the top of the page in this sentence (so people can find it):
Looking for Windows 7 Content?
If you are developing on Windows 7, check out the Windows Native Development Forums. If you need help working with Windows 7, check out the Windows 7 forums on TechNet.

I've seen a few Forum link or breadcrumb issues, and I'm wondering if there's a submission/ticket process around these that we can build.
For example, should the person fill out a form like in these instructions: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/how-to-request-your-email-or-live-id-changed-on-an-msdn-or-technet-profile.aspx
