Vista Problems RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought an HP Laptop last august and it had the windows Vista. it was working good until last month. updates that i downloaded prevented me from using internet explorer, I unistalled those update and it was working again.
now just this week it wont work it signs in at the start up but i can't  click any thing on my screen even though the cursor moves. i can't shut it down so i have to turn it off with the power button, i have tried many ways to fix it: safe modes, restarting at the start up, leaving it off to cool down, etc. i don't know what to do, if any one has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Sgarcia103,

I am very sorry for the problems that you are experiancing, but these forums are for the support of Windows Genuine Advantage Validation issues. You post does not appear to be related to WGA and such is off-topic (as well as outside my area of knowledge).

I suggest reposting your question to one of the Vista Newsgroups at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=42486 or go to http://support.microsoft.com for additional support options.
