Dashboard width issues RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I am not sure how many of you have come across this. But if you open the OOTB Customer Service Representative Social Dashboard that comes in online CRM, you would notice that the Whats New panel on the extreme right is cut-off a bit. That is unitl you Zoom out the browser to 85% you wouldnt be able to see the Post button next to the text box.

    Of course it wouldnt always stike to the users that they must zoom out. Anybody else has noticed this or fixed it without changing the structure of the dashboard to 2 panels instead of 3.

    Please look at the pictures below which compares 100% zoom vs 85%.

    I think this is "normal".
    If you use a larger screen, you will see all the information on the dashboard/ frames.

    What you can try, is switch some frames from position.
    You could set the "What's new" before the "cases by SLA status over week". Maybe the Post button will then be visible (I didn't test this, so i'm not sure).

    I dont quite agree that this is 'normal'. 100% screen size is considered normal, so you may say UI is normal only if it shows normal in 100% screen size. If you have to go down to 85% for the sake of Post button, then you will have issues with reading other text. 

    Nevertheless, I tried doing what you suggested but that didnt help either :(
