Can not show any contact name account on CRM Client for Outlook ? RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I do install Microsoft Outlook 2010 on Win7 64bit.

    Already installed CRM 4.0 Client for Outlook with roll up from 2 to 10

    I can synchronization with CRM with account admin, but when I try to test create new email, I can not show any contacts name from ADDRESS BOOK

    I think have hotfix to patch the issue. Does anyone pls helps me how to fix it ?

    I don't think UR13 will resolve this issue as nothing was ever broken in that functionality we are referring to.

    I think it may require some time. Could you please provide a screen shot of the Address Book tab on the CRM Outlook Client => CRM => Options?

    I have experienced similar issue in the past which was resolved only after changing the Address Book tab options.

    Did you check the outlook diagnostic wizard, i think error is cause of following things.

    Please run Outlook Diagnostic Wizard , and it will help u to fix it.

  • Vinh,

    This is usually seen when the sinchronization options are Synchronizing the Address Book only with the Contacts owned and synchronized by you.

    To get those Synchronized go to your CRM Outlook Client => CRM => Options => Address Book tab

    You may choose the 2nd radio button that reads "Match all contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM"
    Note: You will have to synchronize after the change.

    Try do to your kindly guide but it still.

    Does I roll up to 10 only is can not fix it ? Does anyone recommend install rollup to 13 ?
