  • Question

  • I am having difficulties with the support people calling me back when they tell me they will call. How does one get someone to call you back when you have made a support appointment with the people from MSFT Live OneCare?

    I have talked to them off and on now for nearly a month and they have referred me to an engineer specialist of some sort to figure out why it does not work. So far big failure to call me when they say they will and no where near fixing the problem. Is someone available in a hihger grade pay that cares about service I can talk too?
