  • 1.       With an email that has been set to track against an address that does not exist, having setup the new contact and set it to track in the web view of CRM, this doesn’t translate to the email held in Outlook.

    2.       If we set a task in CRM, this doesn’t get populated in Outlook.  It works the other way around if we track against an account, contact or lead.

    at the moment I am just wondering what context you have. I think you are talking about a problem in the CRM system of Microsoft.

    Please be aware that you are inside the Training and Certification forum. As far as I understood you, your question is not related to any training or certification.

    Maybe you better look for some forums targeting the CRM system you have problems with. Chances to find a solution to your problem is much higher there than here (and your post is off topic in here).
