run as administrator RRS feed

  • after publish by clickonce and advancedinstaller my .exe application and install it in client. application force client to run as administrator.
    application requirement is sqlserver express 2014.
    I want to run application not as administrator "any user can run application".

    I'm afraid the reason is because of the advanced installer instead of ClickOnce.

    ClickOnce is defined to run as a low-admin privileges methodology. It installs under a specific users' profile, and the user does not have to have admin privileges. That is one of the major points of ClickOnce.

    So I suggest you to check your advanced instller.
