    I'm getting the following error when trying to deploy an XAP file through the delployment tool on a developer unlocked phone. 

    STATUS: Error 0x81030120

    ANy ideas on what the issue is?  I really wish Microsoft would stop using this codes and give users more information as to WHAT the issue is.
