Question

Dear all,
I have installed OCS R2 and Office Communicator R2. Everything seem fine. Except the new users not appear on Contact List of Communicator 2007R2 Client. The steps I did as:
1. I did enable users on AD
2. Run ABserver -syncnow then wait for 5 - 10 minutes for event log of address book server updated.
3. I sign-in using Communicator 2007R2 and tried to search new enable users in contact list new users did not come up.
4. I did search by using correct e-Mail address it work fine.
5. I have used Evaluation Software then upgraded to the purchased version. Did it related?
Please advise what should I do.
Thanks,

You also need to make sure that the latest address book is getting down to your Communicator Client. What I do is close Communicator & Outlook and then delete the GalContacts.db file and then restart Communicator - the new file should download and you can ensure that it's the latest.
