Can't talk to a person about credit card charge....getting hot under the collar RRS feed

  • Hi,
    My computer crashed in September and I got a new computer.  I got a trial subscription for the new computer and now it's asked me to upgrade to the actual product.  No problem, except that I got a credit card charge last week for the One Care I had on my "crashed" computer.  I'm not going to pay for both, and I guess I need to have it switched from one to the other, but can't seem to talk to an actual person either in livechat or by phone or anything.

    P.S.  This had better not be a difficult fix, or I'll just use a different company and get the bank to cancel the charge.

  •  Open the One Care trial, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to purchase One Care and it will activate.
