    I installed Live one on 3/28/08. After installing I had a green 1 indicator on the lower tool bar, after shutting down last night and booting up today the status bar says FAIR. I have not yet purchased a copy and am on the free trial do'es that have something to do with it? I'm waiting to see how things run before purchasing. Can you help. Mike

    Hello Mike, Open One Care and on the main page there should be an explanation of the "Fair" status and a recommended action to take.
