Hi,
I am using timeouts and if I use:
Workflow --> Timeout --> Equals --> X time before Contract End Date
the workflow works nicely. However, if I use
Workflow --> Timeout --> Equals --> X time After Contract End Date
It never triggers! Am I missing something? I have tried all manner of variables on times an date, reducing down the time so it cannot be a mis-calculation of dates. This leads me to think that there must be a fault in my CRM server or a bug? Any
comments would be appreciated?
