  • Hi,

From the server where the email router is installed, can you browse to http://server:5555 and bring up crm without logging in?

  • Hi Yes

    CRM is working 100%

When i try to load the users, queues and foward mailboxes, i get the below error:

"the email router config manager was unable to retrieve user and queue info from ms crm server.
crm might be busy. verify url. or the problem could occur if access credentials are insufficient,"

when i try to email the queue i get the below error in event viewer:

#23379 - Could not verify the version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at http://server:5555/. The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmTicketCache' threw an exception.

  • Router service did have local system and I changed it to Domain Administrator account, restarted email router service and still get the same error #23379 - Couldn't verify the version of MS Dynamics CRM (4.0).  How do you check the versions of the CRM and Email Router in the registry?  Thanks, Tim
