  • Dear Windows ive activated my windows before but i  faced  a little problem with my desktop

    so I had to reinstall my windows but now the product key i used is not working and i dont  wanna buy

    a new cd in order to activate my windows  I need live support  Help

  • To activate by phone, click on Start and type  slui.exe 4  followed by Enter in the Search/Run box.

    This is not Microsoft. It is a user to user forum hosted on Microsoft servers for the convenience of its users. To get a phone number for support start here

    If you want help from this forum simply give your computer's make and model, the edition of Windows you are trying to activate, where you are getting the product number you are attempting to activate, and any error message you see.

    To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
    To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
