I am a SQL DBA. My company is using MS Dynamic CRM 4.0 but unfortunately there is no Administrator for CRM. Some developers are there and they customize the CRM as requested by
clients. around 200 originations exist in my CRM (multi-tenancy). so each origination having its own SQL Server Database, Report Folder in SSRS, OS & Users in AD.
Now we want to clean around 150 originations from CRM. Please suggest what would we the best method to clean Database, Reports, OS from CRM.
Can I manfully Drop Database from SQL Server, Delete Folders from SSRS using Report Manager, Delete OU from Active Directory. Is this
method correct?
CRM server did not show the reports when I try to open
http://localhost/Reports and also Report Manager did not respond.
Please help!
