    I tried to do a windows update and it said i need to update NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 for the .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 x86 (KB963707)...so i proceed to install then it came up with an error message...error code 8007064C.  How in the heck am i supposed to fix it?  Help me please!!!!!
