CRM 2011 Outlook Client

  One of our users is using CRM 2011 with the Outlook Client. When he tries to select Set Regarding on an enquiry he get this error message "The selected action cannot be completed while a synchronization is in progress" but it appears that there is no syncrhonization in progress.

  Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
