Debugging and AOT access without system administrator role

  Hi,

  Within our Dynamics AX 2012 environment we would like to be able to Debug and view AOT content without having to assign/posess the system administrator role. Does anybody have experience how to achieve this in an easy way ? It seems AOT access is only possible when having the system administrator role...
