Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it tool. To further troubleshoot and analysis this problem. Could you please provide us more information?Please try below steps and got the Event logs information:
1. Control panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Administrative Tools -> Open Event Viewe
2. Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Applications
After you select this section and please note to source content, if you find any error/warning about "fix it center/matsvc" please provide to us.

I am getting the same error as mentioned above and here is the "details" from my events viewer:

Thanks for you posted, but you posted imformation was not Fix it Center related. Could you please posted again? Please go to
Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Applications and Services Logs->Fix it Center/MATS Error or Warning logs.
If you can't find it you can try
Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Applications-> Fix it Center/MATS Error /Warning logs.Please Mark as Answered If this is helpful Or Un-Mark as Answered if it is not helpful.

Same issue here... Getting error 80040154 and cannot run any of the troubleshooters.
The MATS service encountered a failure when getting HTTP proxy settings. hr=0x80072F94
