Problem with Activity Feeds CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • When we log into CRM 2013 online version, I'm facing problem with loading the activity feeds. It is showing an alert saying "Activity feeds is not properly configured". But I didn't find any managed solution related to Activity feeds to re-import into CRM.

  • Hi,
       Got resolved with this problem. I've checked for solutions related to Activity feeds. I found a managed solution under the program files of an Onpremise CRM 2013 instance. I've imported the managed solution to Online CRM 2013 which resolved my issue with the activity feeds.

  • Activity feed is not a managed solution in CRM Online (not like in the past).  I would contact CRM Online support to resolve this.
