my another personal hotmail account has been blocked by msn for a long time.
it said that i used my email account for illegal actions. but i didnt do any of this things.
just one day. when i wanna check my email for urgent case. it blocked my account .
even i request the new verification code, i failed. i got no text message from hotmail at all.
i wanna unblock and get back my hotmail account.
can you help me?
the email account that being blocked is carmen41189@hotmail.com
