Microsoft document translator doesn't work RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I downloaded the document translator hub and registered in 

    https://datamarket.azure.com/account/keys

    but it does not translate cause there ir an error while processing document it says: Cannot find an active Azure Market Place Translator subscription  associated with the request  credentials,: ID=50005.V2_Soap.Translate array.  4358C39C Translate Api Exception.

    Can you please suggest me how to resolve this issue?

    please visit

    https://datamarket.azure.com/developer/applications

    and register a client ID and secret. Copy them to the client ID and secret fields in the "Settings" page of Document Translator.

    Hello Chris,

    Regarding the document translator hub, I did copy mi Client ID and secret again in the "settings" of document translator but I don't understand why there is the same error. The error is in client ID or secret.  In the azure market the downloaded document translator appears as a data its not an API.

    please verify that you do have a subscription to Microsoft Translator:

    This page https://datamarket.azure.com/account/datasets

    needs to show "Microsoft Translator" and your current account balance.
