I have a requirement for a Dynamics CRM 2013 instance. Throughout the instance are a variety of routes in order to Create a new Case (Aside from the core routes). All of which open the Case Quick Create Form. My question is, is there a way within Dynamics
CRM to make a Workflow/Any process to target this Quick Create Form rather than the Case main form? The reason I ask is I need to pre populate fields within this quick create form, or would this have to be done Programmatically within the form properties?
