  • Hi, I was billed twice for a subscription after I uninstalled and reinstalled Liveone Care. I have not been able to contact any billing support. Each time I type my password it puts me into a loup and I get the password box again. I need to talk to a billing person. I have worked on this for two hours now and have not been able to get out of the loup. Something is wrong with the XXXXX program.
