Can't access msn website

Question
-
Yesterday when I got on the computer, my computer was running slow so I thought it was the connectivity. But all of a sudden some shield was located on my system tray and now I can't get on the Internet and it says antispy.msn.com/block/php?r=21.1. I have ran windows defender and mcafee anti-virus, but both of them say that I don't have any viruses. Is there a way I can take that off my computer.
