How to search a case by case number from the query items' view? RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    Our customer is using CRM 2011 and they are not able to search the cases by any case attribute (Title, Case number etc.) from the Queue item view. They want it to be searchable as the agents only have the queue items views/lists on their dashboards. I tried by adding the Object column in the Quick Search view of the Queue item but no luck. Any ideas how can this be achieved?
