  sorry guys wrong model but all the SPECS are the same....

  This is the forum for the operating system Windows Home Server.
  Please ask your question on a place, which is dedicated to Windows XP or at the Asus website.
  If you download and install all drivers, which you can find on the Asus website for your model, you will usually also catch this device. It's naming is irritating, since it is not a modem or network adapter usually (I can currently not remember, which was the last device I had with that naming). Especially chipset drivers and controller drivers may help you here.

  Actually, Olaf, it usually is a modem or network interface. Though there are other possibilities.
