Hi Rajesh,
Firstly, MCP ID was renamed to MC ID i.e. they are the same thing.
You can always reset your access code using MC ID at https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/Home/ResetCode
If you're not able to request a new access code via the Reset Code link you mentioned above, you will need to contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Centre

If you received MCP ID in an email in your Hotmail account, that is probably the same account that can be used to log into the MCP Member site.
Log in here:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspxOnce logged in, you can verify your Live ID and MCP ID displayed in the bottom-right corner of the web page.
Note: Sometimes you have to log off the site and then log back on again. Microsoft has had this problem on their certification site for years.
If you cannot log into the site because you do not have Live ID attached to your MCP ID, then you can contact your Microsoft regional office.
Login to https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/Home/Migrate
Thanks
