Upgrade from 2011 to 2013 - can't find it RRS feed

  • It looks to me like we should be able to upgrade our CRM Online to 2013. However, I have not got any email that we are scheduled for update and no place in the settings to do it...

    Does this sounds normal or are we missing something - anything we need to do?

  • I guess your org are under partner IUR offer which means the upgrade will not automatically happen.

    Please submit a request to Microsoft via portal.microsoftonline.com, then provide the IUR id or CRM Online URL.

    Microsoft will check if your contract offer is eligable for the upgrade. If yes, then your org will be arranged to upgrade.
