    Hi,

    When a document1 is uploaded to SharePoint from CRM ServiceActivity1 is there a way so that we can access document1 from ServiceActivity2 of the same account?

    Any help is appreciated.

    You'll probably need to create a plug-in that loops through the service activities of the regarding record, when a service activity is created, checks to see if documents have been added and if so, adds a link to the document if any are found.
