CRM 2011 RU 14 Convert Activity to Case script error RRS feed

    We recently install RU 14 for CRM 2011 and our "Convert Activity (Task, Email, Appt.) to Case" is throwing a script error but our "Convert to Opportunity, Lead" dialogs are working.  Has anyone experienced this error?  I would be grateful for some direction on how to debug/troubleshoot this syntax error.
