CRM 2011 for Outlook cannot connect RRS feed

  • I am running CRM 2011 with an IFD/CBA setup on Server2008R2 but machines running Windows7 and Office2010(x86) cannot connect to the deployment.  Below is the error message I recieve.

Answers

  • I managed to resolve this problem my adding crm.domain.com to my hosts file as 127.0.0.1 

    I came to this resolution by the following troubleshooting steps:

    1:  I was able to browse https://crm.domain.com:444/xrmservices/2011/Discovery.svc over the internet

    2:  I was able to browse https://localhost:444/xrmservices/2011/Discovery.svc on the CRM/ADFS machine

    3:  I was not able to browse https://crm.domain.com:444/xrmservices/2011/Discovery.svc on the CRM/ADFS machine
