OneCare installs but will not launch RRS feed

  • I already had OneCare on my PC, and using the same account, I installed it on my wife's laptop. At some point, I was required to reinstall it on my PC. I did so successfully, but when I try to launch it, I get the following message: "The Windows Live OneCare service is not working or has been stopped. To correct this problem, try restarting your computer. If problems persist, contact support." I have restarted repeatedly. I have reinstalled repeatedly; I have run cleanup.  Download and installation run fine. My account information is correct and in force. I am getting very frustrated as I have no virus protection on my PC. And I have paid for it. What is the problem?
