If you cannot successfully activate via the internet, then choose the alternative option to "activate by phone".
The Activation Wizard displays the toll free number that you can dial.
You can open the Windows Product Activation wizard by clicking Start, then Run, and type in "oobe/msoobe /a", then press the Enter key located on your keyboard. How to activate Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307890/en-us

Hi annis,
From the report you posted, your Windows XP is Genuine, it just appears to need to be Activated. The Bad News is that the product key used to install Office Professional Edition is a VLK (volume license key) that has been blocked per the request of the legal VLK holder. The corporation who owns this key is located in Washington State, U.S..
For Windows XP, I suggest following the steps below for the "Activate by Phone" method. If that does not work, please provide a description of the issue you are seeing.
For Office, if your version of Office came with your computer, You will need to uninstall Office and use the Office product key that came with your computer, to reinstall. It may be affixed to the CD cover or jewel case on a yellow/orange sticker.
If you purchased this copy of Office from a reseller or retailer, you are a victim and should report this piracy to Microsoft as well as confront the seller for the Genuine Microsoft Software, that you paid for. Microsoft legal will follow up on all leads provided. If you were sold high quality counterfeit Office, you may be eligible for a complimentary replacement copy. For details on the ways to 'get genuine', see the web page that outlined your validation failure details. It will provide all of the possible steps you can take
How to activate Windows XP by phone:
To contact a Microsoft customer service representative to activate Windows by phone, follow these steps:1. Click 'Start', point to 'All Programs', point to 'Accessories', point to 'System Tools', and then click 'Activate Windows'.
Or, click the Windows Activation icon in the notification area (aka system Tray).
2. Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to active Windows now.
3. Follow the steps in the Activate Windows by phone dialog box, and then click Next.
4. When activation is completed and you receive the following message, click OK.
"You have successfully activated your copy of Windows".Thank you,
Darin Smith
