Call From Microsoft RRS feed

    I had a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft today saying that I have been having problems with my computer and they want me to follow some steps to do a test. I was a bit curious about the call considering I have never given them my new telephone number.

    Does this sound like a genuine call or it could it possibly be a fraudster?

    I am sorry you have your issue posted in a wrong place. Your issue is not related to the Microsoft Fix it Center(Beta). You can post your feedback to the forum http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en/whatforum/threads so that you can get the problem resolved more quickly. Thanks for you understanding!
