Change the Format from Date to Datetime in CRM entity attribute RRS feed

  • Hi All,

        In all the CRM entity attributes, we can change the formats.(like createdon from date to Datetime).
      but i cant make these change in activitypointer. because it is disabled.  i want to show the activitypoiner's createdon should be datetime.
    How to achive this ?.any help...

  • you need to change this in to particular activity (email,phone call ..etc.)..

    go to relevant Activity (for example Phone Call) Form and change the settings for this attribute to date and time.
