Hard Reset or Restore Factory Settings or Reset Registry

I use windows embeded ce v6.0 build 0 on apr 14 2010 on my PNA.

Over time i run several different programs that have left traces in the system registry.

This has resulted in more congestion and the occurrence of errors.

I tried soft reset, hard reset but PNA does not return to original settings.

How can I restore the original settings?
