CRM 2011 Outlook, horizontal scroll missing after UR11 RRS feed

  • After installing rollup 11 we dont get the horizontal scroll when we show contacs in CRM Outlook, and the wiev is smashed together the columns get very small....

    This was all fine in rollup 10....

  • I think this may be a bug in UR11 - I see this on my own install of the Outlook client as well as at clients.

  • we have this true, but till now no reaction from ms. our customers asked us if this is real!

    i think this little bug could be fixed in ru20 end of 2014!

  • Ok, i cant find any information from Microsoft on the matter, but that is the usual story, you dont hav e workaround for this?

  • And a bigger problem is, that it dont help if you uninstall the UR11 and goes back to UR10, if the UR11 has been installed the scroll never comes back! F#¤¤"

  • None that I am aware of other than uninstalling UR11...

  • No, that dont help, if you have installed it, the scroll is missing if you uninstall it again.

    I had to reinstall the computers.

    I didnt tell anything from a workaround.
    I only said, that we have the same problem and no one can/will help us with that damn xxxx.

    Maybe you are german (we too) and the problems are only for the german UR11?!

  • Ok then i missunderstood you :) but with CRM 2011 UR12 the problems are gone for us so i'am happy :)

  • Yes - I tested this as well - UR 12 does appear to resolve the issue.
