Attached form letters are not allowing me to copy/save/change (nothing) to them.

  I received 2 form letters on my windows live mail. I use Windows 7. I need to take each of these letters (sample form letters) and create about 100 letters with different names and addresses. Put them all in one file. Send to the office and have them printed from the office. I cannot make any change to the letters. I can't type on the form. I've saved as another document and tried typing. It won't allow. No error report. I also wanted to make a page break so I could just copy the letter over and over and then just change the name and address. I can't even do a page break. Have I really forgot so much about word that they might as well bury me?
