listen to the video. When I have a subscription with dreamspark, but says the admin is disabled, and normally, when I try to create a new resource, well, I click on the new – dashboard to bring up one, have one. So, when I click on new, and
says I have not created any thing new. So, does any one know of where I can get a free windows azure account and use this. Did login, using windows 10 64 bit pro, jaws 18.0.2340, and using firefox 52.

if i click on the new button, a whole heap of options comes up and says i don't have admin rights. so my question is for a blind it student, don't have a credit card or paypal, so, was wondering, is there a similar service for students, so, when i am supposed
