    I have create a report using the Report Wizard with Invoice as the Primary Record Type and Invoice Products (Invoice ID) as the Rel;ated Record type but when I do a count on theInvoice ID the report counts the Invoice Products not the Invoices - how can I count the Invoices ?

    Hello,

    I'm afraid that the only way is Download rdl file, change report in BIDS and upload it back to CRM.

    So what does the count function do in the Report Wizard

    As you've wrote in first post - it shows number or returned records through whole recordset.
