Do I need a second license? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a genuine registered version of Excel 2007 purchased in 2006 and installed on my home PC. I want to use Excel on my laptop. Do I need a second license? And, if I do, how do I go about purchasing it?

  • Hi DoubtingTom,
    The short answer: Yes.

The longer answer: per the End User License Agreement (EULA), you do need a second license to run Excel on a second machine. A copy of the EULA should be included with your packaging, another is on the disc, or you can find it here.

    Best regards,
