  • not sure if I understand

if you want to control field access per role, you can use "field level security"

if you want to display a set of fields for a specific role, you may need to create different forms and use "role based forms"

  • Hi,

I understand the Role based form nad field level security to the users.

How can we control the views..

Example: I am having 100 views in case entity 90 are related to my name. 10 are related to other user.

I need to see only 90 records.. other user can see only 10 records is it possible to do it?

  • views visibility is controlled by the creator, if you create the view, you can share it if you want. if you don't want other users to access it, don't share or do not create as a system view

if you want to control the records within a view, you need to set the teams/roles

if you can see the record is because your role for that entity is set to share data on parent/child unit
